About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings including our Centers, homes and/or schools
Follow the behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to address specific behavioral goals and objectives for each client
Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions
Collaborate with the supervising BCBAs to track and report client progress towards behavioral goals
Utilize approved behavior reduction techniques and strategies as outlined in the behavior intervention plan
Assist clients in acquiring and developing functional skills, communication abilities, and appropriate social behaviors
Provide training and support to parents/caregivers on implementing behavior intervention techniques
Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis while maintaining client confidentiality
Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and session notes

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED is required
Must meet all BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification
Ability to pass the required RBT certification exam within the training period
Must obtain and maintain required RBT certification through the BACB
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
