About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Acts as the scrum master for the team and runs one or more scrum teams consisting of various technical roles.
Prepare integrated roadmaps and project schedules for upcoming priorities.
Performs systems development lifecycle activities including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
Follow best practices and improve upon procedures using analytical thinking and communication techniques.
Assist with requirements and prioritization activities including elicitation, analysis, design, and testing in a data environment.
Participate in strategic planning and evaluate technical solutions.
Evaluate workflows, organization, and technology problems and help the team develop solutions.
Be the Subject-Matter Expert (SME) on business requirements and scrum processes.
Own the prioritization of stories as set by the PO and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct all agile scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have the ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance.
Must be open to working during Eastern Standard Time business hours to meet customer requirements.
Must currently reside in the Continental United States.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Must have a Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline and 5 years of pertinent experience as a Scrum Master.
Must have extensive experience working within Agile Frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Must possess a basic understanding of public cloud environments.
Extremely proficient in creating status reports to include but not limited to Sprint Status, Release Status, burndown and burnup charts, sprint dashboards, roadmaps, risks, mitigation & issues.
Ability to manage more than one team.
