Remote Data Engineer role focusing on Palantir Foundry; build data pipelines and backend microservices; AWS deployment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data problems into actionable solutions.
Proficiency in Java, Python, TypeScript, and/or React.
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including Ontology, Slate, Workshop, or AIP.
Expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines and backend microservices (Spring Boot, REST APIs).
Experience deploying on AWS cloud platforms and optimizing infrastructure for cost and performance.
Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI integration (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in client-facing, fast-paced environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of professional software engineering or data engineering experience.
Direct experience embedding with client teams and delivering production-grade solutions.
Prior experience with Spark / PySpark and distributed computing frameworks.
Familiarity with federal or enterprise clients is a plus.
