About the role
- Develop and configure applications per architecture and technical guidelines.
- Build custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Implement integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP, web services, and Integration Hub.
- Conduct testing, validation, and performance optimization of ServiceNow apps.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team.
- Maintain technical documentation, workflows, and configuration standards.
- Perform maintenance, upgrades, patches, and environment support tasks.
Requirements
- 11+ years of ServiceNow project experience.
- Mandatory telecom experience within the last 3 years.
- Strong hands-on work with: OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integration Hub, Flow Designer.
- Nice-to-Have ServiceNow migrations experience.
- Additional telecom module expertise.
- Certifications CSA / CAD / CIS required.
