About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deputize for the Project Manager during their absence
  • Implement Project Management tools and approaches such as: Supporting Project Managers in the development, maintenance and monitoring of project plans; project schedules and deadlines
  • Supporting project finance management, including overseeing budgets and resource utilisation
  • Leading the periodical project Gender and Risk reviews with IN2 Gender and Risk Subject Matter Experts
  • Ensuring adherence to set governance processes, such as preparing initial drafts of project reporting (internal & external) in accordance with reporting deadlines and the internal review and sign-off process
  • Lead the organization, coordination, and delivery of project meetings - internal and external
  • Capturing, drafting, circulating and following-up minutes and action notes
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings
  • Set up and maintain project folders and filing systems
  • Support the Portfolio Management Office team with ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic language is preferred.
