Highly autonomous and can extrapolate what needs to be done even when instructions are ambiguous.
Understand the startup grind and willing to commit to 40+ hours a week.
Ability to manage startup speed-vs-quality paradox, balancing rapid iteration with secure, stable, and maintainable code.
