About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Uitvoeren van (structuur- en proces-)diagnostiek
- Uitvoeren van individuele (procesgerichte) (psycho)therapie trajecten
- Deelname aan Tentatieve Hypothetische Overleggen, het equivalent van een MDO geoperationaliseerd vanuit het niet weten
- Deelname aan vrije associatie intervisies dan wel de groepssupervisie onder begeleiding van een psychoanalytica
- Aanbieden van Groepspsychotherapie, dan wel de wens gevormd te worden in het bieden en geven van groepstherapie
- Deelname aan een intervisie groep met groepstherapeuten
- Actief participeren in het verder uitbouwen van GGZ-instelling In-Dividu
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enthousiasme voor psychodynamische therapieën en hart voor de doelgroep
- Afgeronde WO master GZ-psycholoog
- Psychoanalytisch willen denken, creatief en inventief
- Goed kunnen luisteren en communicatief sterk
- Ervaring met registratie in clientvolgsysteem en Microsoft Office
- Humor en relativeringsvermogen
- Verbindend, open en transparant
- Een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) is een verplicht onderdeel in de procedure
- Een geldige BIG-registratie is van toepassing
- Referenties kunnen worden ingewonnen
