About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project lead: You don’t just help set things up—you independently and operationally lead a variety of communications, content marketing, and corporate publishing projects.
- Strategic sparring: You advise our clients on content and strategy as an equal partner.
- Creative hub: You contribute to campaign development and planning and support strategic communication concepts.
- Editorial lead: You research and write content for a wide range of channels.
- Quality guarantor: You ensure the conceptual and editorial standards of your projects and actively exchange feedback with the team.
- Workshop facilitator: You lead workshops in social media, communication strategy, and AI.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in Communications or Journalism, or a comparable higher-education qualification
- Approximately 2 to 4 years of solid professional experience in an agency or in a marketing department
- Strong conceptual thinking to set up and drive projects strategically
- Creativity and a pronounced feel for language
- Confident use of common social media channels (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok)
- Project management skills and a keen sense for digital trends
- In-depth experience with applying generative AI
- Desirable: initial experience preparing pitches
- Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams across different project groups
- Excellent English skills and German at native-speaker level.
