About the role
- As a QA, you will be essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software.
- You will work closely with development and product teams, planning and executing manual tests to identify and fix bugs, failures, and inconsistencies.
- Ensure our products meet the highest quality standards, providing the best possible experience for our users.
- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive manual tests across different features and modules of the software.
- Create detailed test plans, defining scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Document and report bugs clearly and concisely, providing relevant information to the development team.
- Analyze software requirements to ensure tests cover all features and use cases.
- Provide initial user support through the Botmaker platform and via WhatsApp, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Monitor and manage technical support tickets, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
- Work in a team with developers, product managers, and other QAs to ensure product quality at all stages of development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience as a QA, with a focus on manual testing.
- Familiarity with test management and bug-tracking tools.
- Experience working in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Initiative to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Experience in customer support, focused on problem resolution.
