Lead Management, Sales Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research and identification of potential new customers
- Initial telephone contact and qualification of prospects
- Appointment scheduling and coordination for field sales
- Follow-up after trade shows and sales events
- Management and processing of leads, including quote/proposal follow-up
- Account management for existing customers in close coordination with field sales
- Collaboration with and support of various internal departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Some professional experience in sales; technical understanding is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office
- Very good English skills; additional language skills in French and/or Dutch are an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening
- Structured, careful, and independent working style; strong negotiation skills
