About the role

  • Certified Epic Clarity Report Writer (PRN – Fully Remote, Eastern Time Zone).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate reporting requirements into actionable reports.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Epic Clarity reports and dashboards that ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare system utilization and ad hoc reports, maintaining a detailed log of all created reports and templates.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and strategic insights.
  • Optimize report performance through advanced SQL tuning and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Provide user support and training for effective report usage.

Requirements

  • Epic Clarity Certification (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in report writing and data analysis within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
