About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and project schedules.
  • Organize Steering Committee and governance meetings, including agendas presentations and reports, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Track action items and support the timely completion of deliverables.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Support risk management activities, including risk identification, maintain risk registers, tracking mitigation actions
  • Maintain project documentation and support reporting activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in an administrative, project coordination, or executive support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with Atlassian Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
