About the role
- Management and strategic development of existing portfolio companies, such as Wolffkran and Trowis.
- Identification, analysis and valuation of potential new investments, including leading negotiations through to contract closing.
- Development of robust models to assess opportunities and risks and to support investment decisions.
- Participation in cross-company growth and transformation projects within the portfolio structure.
Requirements
- Several years of experience at an investment firm or in M&A within a corporate finance advisory, investment bank, or private equity boutique
- Degree in business/economics with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Strategy.
- Ability to build, interpret and present complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Confident demeanor when interacting with entrepreneurs, investors and professional advisors.
- Structured, entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of self-responsibility.
