About the role

  • Legal and tax support for international subsidiaries
  • Coordination, management, and quality control of external legal and tax services
  • Legal advice on all legal matters, in particular corporate law, contract law (including commercial contracts & terms and conditions), and matters arising from board and shareholder meetings
  • Support for strategic projects with legal relevance
  • Participation in the development of internal standards and compliance policies
  • Sparring partner for management and business units on all legal issues
  • Taking responsibility for defined focus areas within the existing team

Requirements

  • Degree in law
  • Professional experience in an internationally active industrial company or a corporate law firm
  • Generalist orientation with enthusiasm for diverse topics
  • Ideally, knowledge of international tax law
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor – also in an international context
  • Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
  • Very good German and English skills
