About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You work on projects that make knowledge usable across systems, data and processes
Structure and harmonize knowledge and information structures across systems
Ensure product, process and operational knowledge is usable across systems
Analyze and structure complex IT system landscapes (PLM, ERP/SAP, CCMS, PIM, CRM, DMS)
Design target architectures and future scenarios for applications
Capture and model data flows and information objects
Conduct and lead process analyses
Identify and assess interfaces and system dependencies
Prepare management presentations and decision-making documentation
Support and steer transformation and migration projects, including project responsibility
Support the selection and evaluation of IT solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in consulting, IT or industry
Background in business informatics, computer science or engineering (PhD advantageous)
Experience in one or more of the following areas: IT system landscapes / system integration, process analysis / organizational structure, PLM, SAP or technical documentation
Experience with knowledge-intensive processes (e.g., documentation, service, product data)
Project experience and initial responsibility in project management or subproject leadership
Ability to structure complex topics and communicate them at management level
