About the role
- Support the organization and logistics of training sessions (in-person, hybrid and online).
- Prepare supporting materials (workbooks, presentations, checklists, learning pathways).
- Organize events and mentoring sessions at franchise locations (invitations, attendance lists, catering/coffee breaks, etc.).
- Provide support for internal communication related to trainings and live events (e.g., CR Talks, Lives dos Campeões).
- Monitor KPIs and generate reports on participation and outcomes.
- Explore digital tools and AI to accelerate content creation and departmental processes.
Requirements
- Some experience in Training & Development, Corporate Education, or related areas.
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Education/Pedagogy, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Docs, etc.).
