About the role

  • Develop and maintain custom systems and applications;
  • Structure, integrate, and organize data from multiple sources;
  • Create and maintain dashboards and management reports;
  • Develop bots and internal process automations;
  • Integrate systems via APIs;
  • Model, optimize, and maintain databases;
  • Monitor performance, fix issues, and propose continuous improvements;
  • Provide technical support and assist with adjustments according to internal requests;
  • Configure and support CRM and other corporate systems.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Developer, or related role
  • Experience with systems development and process automation
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports
  • Knowledge of system integration via APIs
  • Organized, autonomous, and strong communication skills
  • Specific degree not required, provided you have practical experience relevant to the role
