About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain custom systems and applications;
Structure, integrate, and organize data from multiple sources;
Create and maintain dashboards and management reports;
Develop bots and internal process automations;
Integrate systems via APIs;
Model, optimize, and maintain databases;
Monitor performance, fix issues, and propose continuous improvements;
Provide technical support and assist with adjustments according to internal requests;
Configure and support CRM and other corporate systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Developer, or related role
Experience with systems development and process automation
Experience creating dashboards and reports
Knowledge of system integration via APIs
Organized, autonomous, and strong communication skills
Specific degree not required, provided you have practical experience relevant to the role
