Property Manager – Financial Focus
Immo-Business GmbHWEG-Verwalter/-in managing property portfolios while being a partner for owners and tenants. Overseeing financial matters and providing support within a hybrid work structure.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independent commercial management of a portfolio of exciting properties
- Primary contact for tenants and owners on all commercial/financial matters
- Maintenance of lease agreements, property documentation, and master data
- Review and approval of incoming invoices
- Handling ongoing correspondence with service providers and other stakeholders
- Conducting homeowners' association meetings
- Account reconciliation in collaboration with internal accounting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in condominium/HOA management — entry-level candidates welcome
- Commercial/financial understanding and a desire to work independently
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
- Experience with Domus is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
