About the role

  • Create new presentations from scratch and refine existing ones to ensure clarity, consistency, and strong visual storytelling.
  • Design engaging visuals for social media in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Produce visual assets for email campaigns, optimized for readability and conversion.
  • Prepare high-quality visual materials for the blog, including illustrations, layouts, and supporting graphics.
  • Design and prepare exhibition and event materials for print, ensuring production-ready quality and brand consistency.
  • Create branded merchandise and other corporate collateral that reflects the company’s identity and positioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar design or visual communications role.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Keynote, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience with prepress and preparing materials for print.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual composition.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly explain design decisions.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to develop fresh visual approaches and enhance communication strategies, combined with readiness to perform routine tasks.
  • Fluency in Russian; English – upper intermediate.
