About the role

  • Develop and execute a strategic PR and communications plan to strengthen Immigrant Invest’s reputation and visibility globally.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Tier-1 journalists and media outlets to secure consistent, high-quality coverage.
  • Create and distribute authoritative expert content (E-E-A-T) to top media platforms.
  • Lead integrated PR campaigns, including webinars, events, and strategic partnerships that build thought leadership.
  • Manage the company’s online reputation through SERM (Search Engine Reputation Management) initiatives.
  • Develop and execute crisis communication plans, ensuring fast and compliant responses to potential reputational risks.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards (FTC, FCPA, GDPR) in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • Implement analytics and reporting frameworks to measure PR impact on visibility, brand sentiment, and branded search share.
  • Initiate legal procedures to remove defamatory or inaccurate information, protecting the brand in digital spaces.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in PR or corporate communications.
  • At least 2 years in Digital PR with a focus on SERM and SEO synergy in reputation-sensitive industries (legal, finance, global mobility, or similar).
  • Proven track record in media relations and working with Tier-1 publications.
  • Strong storytelling and strategic communication skills.
  • Experience with SERM/Entity-SEO (branded SERP, structured data, Knowledge Panel).
  • Familiarity with crisis communications and reputation management.
  • Fluent English and Russian communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and marketing teams.
  • Existing relationships with Tier-1 journalists and media outlets are a plus.
  • Experience in investment migration, legal, or fintech sectors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered PR tools for monitoring and content optimization is a plus.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working in fast-scaling international companies.
