About the role

  • Independent planning, implementation and documentation of customer projects in medical informatics
  • Ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of our imito solutions for hospitals and healthcare facilities
  • Implementation, support and maintenance of interfaces to imito and other system providers
  • Installation and configuration of server environments and automation of deployments
  • Supporting our development team with technical questions and requirements
  • Professional customer support and resolution of support requests
  • Delivering product presentations and advising potential customers

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent technical qualification
  • Solid knowledge of server operating systems, IT infrastructure and databases
  • Independent, structured and proactive working style
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills
  • Knowledge of eHealth standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, IHE) and of processes in healthcare facilities is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English; French is a plus
