Key responsibilities & impact

work closely, in an entry-level, probationary capacity, with a US-based team of experienced Technicians and consultants to learn Engineering solutions
provide office production duties of all SUE activities for locations by subsurface utility equipment including geophysical prospecting for underground utilities
support overall SUE field crew activities
focus on building a strong foundational knowledge base and developing skills necessary to execute tasks accurately and efficiently
attend training sessions to further enhance technical skills and understanding of industry practices
demonstrate a commitment to understanding and adhering to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S Tech in Civil Engineering
0 to 2 years of experience in a related field required
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and concepts involved in the production of technical plans and specifications
Strong technical and analytical skills including knowledge of principles relating to performing duties associated with geophysical prospecting to accurately designate underground utility layouts and perform routine computations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic knowledge in the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
