Supervise Financial Business Manager positions and monitor their workload
Work with FBM and Team Financial Assistants to ensure timely client billing
Participate in process reviews to identify improvement opportunities
Assist in preparation for the annual financial statement audit
Interact with corporate leadership and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience as an accountant or business management role required
Knowledge of accounting transaction flows
Knowledge of economic principles and practices and financial data analysis
Proficiency in Deltek VantagePoint and Elevia accounting systems
Advanced in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
