Human Resources Business Partner
IMEGHR Business Partner at IMEG aligning business objectives with employees and management in Texas locations. Facilitating hiring, employee relations, and HR solutions across the organization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Align business objectives with employees and leaders across assigned functions
- Partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to deliver value-added HR solutions
- Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies to management and employees
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues
- Conduct effective investigations
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and retention
- Recruit and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants
- Assist with the facilitation of Visa Sponsorships and related HR matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
- Professional Human Resources certification preferred; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Familiarity with human resource information systems (HRIS); Workday experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite
