About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to end-to-end product design across client engagements, from discovery through delivery
- Support the creation and maintenance of design standards, components, and scalable best practices
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align design with business and technical goals
- Participate in discovery workshops, design sprints, and collaborative sessions with clients
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
- Communicate design rationale clearly through storytelling, prototypes, and visual artifacts
- Execute across UX, UI, interaction design, and prototyping with attention to detail
- Contribute to internal initiatives, design critiques, and team knowledge sharing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design craft, problem-solving, and user-centered thinking
- Proficiency in modern design tools, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience in consulting, agency, or multi-client environments (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work through ambiguity and contribute to solving complex problems
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative product development
