About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- National management of the internalization of deployment and maintenance of Anti-Intrusion and Video Surveillance systems (AIVP)
- Coordinate regional projects and support local teams
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes
- Maintain a single, reliable national dashboard
- Lead governance bodies (steering committees / COPIL) and produce decision-oriented analyses
- Oversee audits, tests and remediation plans in case of non-conformities
- Contribute to documenting best practices and to the continuous improvement of intervention processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management / PMO in complex, matrixed environments (ideally in telecoms, security or services)
- Strong expertise in building and managing dashboards (Power BI, advanced Excel or equivalent tools) and the ability to produce concise, decision-oriented analyses for senior management
- Excellent communication skills and experience facilitating multidisciplinary teams (technical, operational, executive)
- Organizational rigor and the ability to manage two strategic assignments simultaneously while challenging priorities and handling trade-offs
- Political awareness and diplomacy (frequent interfacing with the Executive Committee / CODIR and regional teams)
