About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • National management of the internalization of deployment and maintenance of Anti-Intrusion and Video Surveillance systems (AIVP)
  • Coordinate regional projects and support local teams
  • Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes
  • Maintain a single, reliable national dashboard
  • Lead governance bodies (steering committees / COPIL) and produce decision-oriented analyses
  • Oversee audits, tests and remediation plans in case of non-conformities
  • Contribute to documenting best practices and to the continuous improvement of intervention processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management / PMO in complex, matrixed environments (ideally in telecoms, security or services)
  • Strong expertise in building and managing dashboards (Power BI, advanced Excel or equivalent tools) and the ability to produce concise, decision-oriented analyses for senior management
  • Excellent communication skills and experience facilitating multidisciplinary teams (technical, operational, executive)
  • Organizational rigor and the ability to manage two strategic assignments simultaneously while challenging priorities and handling trade-offs
  • Political awareness and diplomacy (frequent interfacing with the Executive Committee / CODIR and regional teams)
