About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize and facilitate Agile rituals (Scrum): daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Participate in implementing and evolving Agile processes at the CCXP level (PI planning, Agile Release Train).
- Assist and coach Product Owners to structure, manage, and prioritize the backlog effectively.
- Contribute to budget tracking and to planning squad workloads.
- Define and manage project schedules within the area of expertise.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders for project/backlog monitoring and validation.
- Ensure visibility through project governance (facilitating project committee - COPROJ - and steering committee - COPIL).
- Contribute to expanding CCXP offerings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 to 5 years — significant experience with Atlassian products.
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (Atlassian products).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Environments: web portals, marketplaces, cloud services.
- Working proficiency in English.
