Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of working experience in process improvement and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, preferably within the IT Sector
- Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in process optimization and efficiency best practices
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- We seek team members who live in Portugal or are willing and legally qualified to live and work there
