Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of working experience in process improvement and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, preferably within the IT Sector
Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in process optimization and efficiency best practices
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
We seek team members who live in Portugal or are willing and legally qualified to live and work there
