About the role

  • Programmierung von ABB Robotern (RAPID) in Anlagen mit 1–5 Robotern pro Linie
  • Virtuelle Inbetriebnahme (Simulation) + reale Inbetriebnahme im Werk und beim Kunden (1–3 Wochen pro Einsatz)
  • Inbetriebnahme der Bussysteme (Profinet, EtherCAT)
  • Optimierung von Bewegungsabläufen → 5–20 % kürzere Zykluszeiten
  • Umsetzung von Sicherheitsfunktionen (z. B. SafeMove)
  • Technische Abstimmung mit internationalen Kunden und Projektteams

Requirements

  • Studium / Techniker (Elektrotechnik, Automatisierung, Informatik) oder erste Erfahrung in Robotik / Automatisierung
  • Erfahrung in der Roboterprogrammierung (ABB bevorzugt; KUKA, Yaskawa oder Fanuc ebenfalls relevant)
  • Erste eigene Robotik-Projekte, Programme oder Inbetriebnahmen
  • Englisch für technische Abstimmungen
  • Reisebereitschaft (Details im Gespräch, kein dauerhafter Einsatz)
