About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently perform core client service and operational responsibilities across onboarding, renewals, open enrollment, and ongoing client support
- Serve as a technical resource for HRIS and enrollment platforms, benefits communications, surveys, and standard reporting
- Review benefit contracts and materials for accuracy and completeness before client delivery
- Respond to complex client questions and manage defined lifecycle tasks with limited oversight
- Support entry-level financial analysis, claims and utilization reporting, and renewal preparation
- Informally guide peers and contribute to workflow execution through independent decision-making within established parameters
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years relevant experience
- Technical application skills: OE guide applications
- General understanding of the client lifecycle
- Must take and pass the Life & Health License within the timing necessary for state requirements
