- System training: conducts Agency Management Systems training for associates
- System support: conducts Agency Management and workflow troubleshooting
- Assists with the development and creation of standard products/deliverables as part of the employee experience (training materials, standard work definitions)
- Liaison to IMA IT Groups
- Assists in due diligence review for potential acquisitions
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Five to ten years of similar or related experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload and direction from management and clients
- Manages expectations while delivering new processes and/or technologies that meet the functional needs of the business/user
- Excellent analytical skills to participate in advanced discussions and decision-making
- Excellent communications and organizational skills to facilitate teamwork and help coordinate small to large teams
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, to include presentation skills
