About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analizar, implementar y mantener servicios de TI de segundo nivel en entornos on-premise y cloud (AWS)
Garantizar la continuidad y confiabilidad de los servicios de infraestructura y redes
Gestionar AWS y la operación local
Atender incidencias y monitorear desempeño
Documentar procedimientos
Asegurar cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad
Monitorear y optimizar rendimiento y disponibilidad
Implementar DevOps y automatización (CI/CD, pipelines y herramientas asociadas)
Gestionar control de versiones (Git / GitHub, GitLab o Bitbucket)
Atender y resolver incidencias y requerimientos con oportunidad y calidad
Apoyar requerimientos de compras/servicios de TI

Requirements

Ingeniería de Sistemas/Informática o afines
mínimo 2 años en infraestructura TI, redes y soporte nivel 2
AWS (principal)
GCP/Azure (deseable)
Linux/Windows/MacOS
CI/CD, Azure DevOps
Docker/Kubernetes/Terraform (deseable)
firewalls y seguridad perimetral
LAN/WAN/WLAN, enrutamiento y cableado
VMware, NAS/SAN, monitoreo y backup/DR
AD y LDAP
SQL Server/MySQL (Pervasive deseable)
Office y Google Workspace
Inglés B1
