About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own day-to-day project delivery and execution
Coordinate internal developers, designers, QA specialists, and external vendors
Track tasks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery commitments across all project streams
Ensure stakeholders receive timely updates and that risks are surfaced early
Drive accountability and follow-up across the entire project team
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and planning artifacts
Work closely with production and leadership teams to ensure deadlines and quality targets are met
Identify process gaps and continuously improve project workflows
Act as the central communication hub between all project participants

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Project Management within game development
Strong understanding of game production pipelines and delivery processes
Experience working on poker, casino, social casino, or iGaming projects
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including external vendors and distributed teams
Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive them to resolution
Experience working with project planning and tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, or similar)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to maintain structure and accountability in a fast-paced environment
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
