About the role
- Own the product lifecycle from idea and concept through development and release
- Define game vision, features, and roadmap for slot and crash titles
- Translate product goals into clear requirements, specs, and priorities for the team
- Work closely with math designers on RTP, RNG, volatility, and core mechanics
- Ensure strong gameplay loops, retention, and monetization performance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, art, dev, analytics)
- Monitor performance after release and iterate based on data and KPIs
- Balance business goals with player experience
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in gambling or iGaming
- Proven experience shipping slot and/or crash games
- Portfolio of released, high-performing titles
- Strong understanding of slot/crash game mechanics and player behavior
- Solid knowledge of game mathematics (RTP, RNG, volatility, balancing, probability)
- Experience managing development from concept to production
- Strong planning, prioritization, and ownership mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Nice to have: Experience developing games for Stake.com or similar platforms
- Hands-on collaboration with math/analytics teams
- Experience with live-ops and post-launch optimization
- Data-driven approach to decision-making.
