About the role

  • Further development and maintenance of our internal tools in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel (VBA, various APIs and AI)
  • Provide technical support to the team for IT queries, software issues, and hardware matters
  • Design and implement new product ideas in collaboration with management
  • Maintain and document our internal processes and systems
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools that can make our work more efficient

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Access, Excel, and VBA
  • Experience working with API interfaces is a plus
  • Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
  • Structured organization and self-initiative
  • Drive to implement long-term solutions
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit — you will act as a bridge between IT and everyday agency operations
