Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management or equivalent
RHIT certification; relevant coding credentials preferred
12-15 years management experience leading coding production organization
Demonstrated leadership and effective communications
Experience leading or working in a production global team
Demonstrated success at multi-level and complex client engagements
Demonstrated computer and software skills including Google Workspace, encoder/grouper, and EHRs
