About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with health system clients on complex assignments
- Assess performance of ambulatory revenue cycle operations
- Build relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities for financial and operational enhancement
- Implement product and service suite with clients
- Partner with technology teams to drive operational outcomes
- Analyze business metrics trends and client feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services
- 7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing
- Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions
- Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations
- Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
