Be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to key healthcare clients
Own the success of clients—ensuring a client start that delights and sets up for growth
Bridge healthcare operations and customer success, helping clients realize value through adoption, innovation, and collaboration
Partner with medical groups and health systems to transform how care is delivered at scale
Use deep understanding of clinical workflows and team dynamics to help providers achieve improvements in financial performance, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes
Work with COOs, CIOs, CMOs, clinical leaders, clinicians, technology teams and practice managers
Manage the 'go-live' process for new clients, including configuring system interfaces and conducting training for physicians and staff
Institute sustainable processes across IKS & client teams for steady state delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience working in US healthcare
5+ years experience in Coding
AAPC, AHIMA, other coding certifications
Familiar with EHR workflow, clinical documentation, CDI, and medical coding
Customer Management skills especially in dealing with Physicians, Clinical Champions, CMO, CMIO and Practice Leaders
Structured, methodical, and detail-oriented
Self-driven and proactive with ability to multitask and prioritize issues in a complex environment
Project management, planning and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
