Key responsibilities & impact

Own full lifecycle delivery from kickoff through go-live and stabilization—across all platform components (RCM, patient engagement, clinician workflow tools, VBC MSO services)
Translate contractual scope into a sequenced, executable implementation roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
Drive integration of multiple products into a unified operational workflow, not siloed deployments.
Build and actively manage detailed project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and weekly execution dashboards.
Enforce timeline discipline and accountability across internal teams (product, engineering, ops) and external client stakeholders.
Identify risks early and intervene decisively to unblock execution—this is a “fix it before it escalates” role.
Serve as the central point of coordination across: Internal teams: product, engineering, data integration, operations, client success External stakeholders: client executives, clinical leadership, IT, revenue cycle teams
Ensure alignment on data integrations (EHR, PM systems), workflow redesign, and operational readiness.
Engage directly with executive sponsors (internal & client-side) to: Provide transparent progress updates
Escalate and resolve critical risks
Drive decision-making to maintain momentum
Ensure successful workflow implementation, user training, and change management across clinical and administrative teams.
Partner with operations teams to ensure post go-live performance stabilization and KPI tracking.

Requirements

What you’ll need

15 years of experience in implementation, program management, or operations roles within healthcare technology / services or health systems / medical groups
Proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream implementations (e.g., EHR, RCM platforms, care management, or enterprise SaaS deployments).
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional programs with significant integration dependencies (e.g., EHR/PM integrations, data migrations, workflow redesign).
Experience working directly with provider organizations (health systems, MSOs, physician groups).
Strong familiarity with: Revenue cycle operations (front, middle, back office)
Clinical workflows and EHR ecosystems
Value-based care models and/or MSO operations
Experience implementing or rolling out large scale programs in healthcare IT or health systems or medical groups.
Experience driving change management in clinical environments.
Exposure to AI-enabled clinical or operational tools.
