Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end solution design and functional delivery for product implementations, ensuring alignment between stakeholder workflows and system capabilities
Facilitate client-facing workshops and design sessions to define requirements, validate workflows, and drive decision-making
Translate RCM workflows and business objectives into detailed configuration designs, standards, and build specifications
Oversee and direct offshore configuration pods, managing backlog, priorities, and quality of execution
Partner cross-functionally with Product, RCM SMEs, PMO, and Engineering to ensure cohesive delivery and issue resolution
Ensure quality assurance across configuration, testing, and deployment
Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and scope changes
Drive value realization by aligning implementations to measurable RCM outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required
10–15+ years of experience in healthcare IT, EHR, or revenue cycle management (RCM) implementations
5+ years in a solution design, solution architecture, or implementation leadership role within complex, client-facing environments
Proven track record translating clinical/RCM workflows into scalable system configurations and solutions
Strong background in one or more RCM domains: Patient Access/Referral/Scheduling (Front Office), Coding/CDI (Mid Cycle), or AR/Denials (Back Office).
Must be fluent in English.
