About the role

  • Lead end-to-end solution design and functional delivery for product implementations, ensuring alignment between stakeholder workflows and system capabilities
  • Facilitate client-facing workshops and design sessions to define requirements, validate workflows, and drive decision-making
  • Translate RCM workflows and business objectives into detailed configuration designs, standards, and build specifications
  • Oversee and direct offshore configuration pods, managing backlog, priorities, and quality of execution
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, RCM SMEs, PMO, and Engineering to ensure cohesive delivery and issue resolution
  • Ensure quality assurance across configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and scope changes
  • Drive value realization by aligning implementations to measurable RCM outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required
  • 10–15+ years of experience in healthcare IT, EHR, or revenue cycle management (RCM) implementations
  • 5+ years in a solution design, solution architecture, or implementation leadership role within complex, client-facing environments
  • Proven track record translating clinical/RCM workflows into scalable system configurations and solutions
  • Strong background in one or more RCM domains: Patient Access/Referral/Scheduling (Front Office), Coding/CDI (Mid Cycle), or AR/Denials (Back Office).
  • Must be fluent in English.
