Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, validate, and optimize Epic Clarity and Caboodle reports.
Translate end-user requirements into specifications and reporting solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to support reporting needs.
Analyze Epic data models and align with organizational KPIs.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and operational reports.
Assist in data extraction for regulatory programs.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies between Epic systems.
Participate in testing, validation, documentation, and change-control workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years experience as an Epic Report Writer or Epic Data Analyst.
Epic Clarity Data Model certification preferred.
Strong proficiency in SQL.
Experience with Epic Reporting Workbench (RWB).
Experience with Radar dashboards, Crystal Reports, and Tableau.
Knowledge of Caboodle Data Warehouse, STAR schemas, and ETL processes.
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with SDLC/change management workflows.
Healthcare domain expertise in clinical, operational, quality, or revenue cycle.
