About the role
- Responsible for designing solutions that meet the needs of our existing and potential clients
- Consultative sales support function
- Match client requirements with appropriate IKS solutions
- Work closely with India-based Director or Manager of Solutions and other IKS teams
- Develop the right solutions that meet client requirements
- Ensure solutions are technically feasible, operationally efficient, financially attractive
- Participate in assessment studies and consulting engagements with prospective clients
- Frequent travel within the US, as well as to India
Requirements
- 12+ years in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles in healthcare technology or services, including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- At least 5 years at a Director Level
- Prior experience in revenue cycle consulting, i.e., conducting assessment studies, writing reports, etc.
- Ability to coach, support, and supervise team members
- Innovative thinking, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders across geographies
- Domestic travel—approximately 60 % of the time, or 3 to 4 days per week
- Master’s degree in business or healthcare, such as MBA, MHA or MPH.
