About the role

  • Responsible for designing solutions that meet the needs of our existing and potential clients
  • Consultative sales support function
  • Match client requirements with appropriate IKS solutions
  • Work closely with India-based Director or Manager of Solutions and other IKS teams
  • Develop the right solutions that meet client requirements
  • Ensure solutions are technically feasible, operationally efficient, financially attractive
  • Participate in assessment studies and consulting engagements with prospective clients
  • Frequent travel within the US, as well as to India

Requirements

  • 12+ years in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles in healthcare technology or services, including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • At least 5 years at a Director Level
  • Prior experience in revenue cycle consulting, i.e., conducting assessment studies, writing reports, etc.
  • Ability to coach, support, and supervise team members
  • Innovative thinking, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders across geographies
  • Domestic travel—approximately 60 % of the time, or 3 to 4 days per week
  • Master’s degree in business or healthcare, such as MBA, MHA or MPH.
