About the role
- Collaborate with health system clients on complex assignments to provide practical and innovative solutions
- Assess current performance of ambulatory revenue cycle operations
- Build relationships with clients for business expansion
- Spearhead implementation of product and service suite
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ambulatory and acute operations management and management consulting or advisory services
- 5+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing
- Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions
- Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations
- Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Master's degree in business or healthcare, such as MBA, MHA, or MPH
