SVP Revenue Operations, Customer Advocacy Leader

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all revenue operations accounts, and collaborate with health system clients on a range of complex assignments to provide practical and innovative solutions.
- Assess the current performance of revenue cycle operations by conducting interviews, observations, document review, data-driven insights, and processes.
- Building relationships with clients and seeking opportunities to expand the scope of their business and financial outcomes.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement.
- Spearheads the successful implementation of our product and service suite with new and existing clients, driving exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation.
- Partner closely with our technology teams to deploy & implement our suite of products/workflow engines to drive best operational outcomes.
- Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in acute and or ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services
- 7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing.
- Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions.
- Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations.
- Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement.
- Travel Required Yes. 50% travel
