About the role

  • Manage all revenue operations accounts and collaborate with health system clients on complex assignments
  • Assess current performance of revenue cycle operations by conducting interviews, observations, document review, data-driven insights, and processes
  • Building relationships with clients and seeking opportunities to expand their business and financial outcomes
  • Proactively identify opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement
  • Spearhead successful implementation of products and services with new and existing clients, driving exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation
  • Partner closely with technology teams to deploy and implement products/workflow engines for best operational outcomes
  • Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in acute and or ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services
  • 7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing
  • Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions
  • Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations
  • Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement
  • Masters or better in Business Administration or related field
  • Masters or better in Health Administration or related field
  • MBA, MHA, or MPH
