About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all revenue operations accounts and collaborate with health system clients on complex assignments
- Assess current performance of revenue cycle operations by conducting interviews, observations, document review, data-driven insights, and processes
- Building relationships with clients and seeking opportunities to expand their business and financial outcomes
- Proactively identify opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement
- Spearhead successful implementation of products and services with new and existing clients, driving exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation
- Partner closely with technology teams to deploy and implement products/workflow engines for best operational outcomes
- Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in acute and or ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services
- 7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing
- Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions
- Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations
- Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement
- Masters or better in Business Administration or related field
- Masters or better in Health Administration or related field
- MBA, MHA, or MPH
