About the role

  • responsible for designing solutions that meet the needs of clients
  • work closely with Director or Manager of Solutions and other IKS teams
  • develop solutions that meet client requirements, are technically feasible, operationally efficient and financially attractive
  • participate in assessment studies and consulting engagements with prospective clients prior to starting work for them
  • create a Revenue Optimization solution where IKS takes over the entire revenue cycle function

Requirements

  • 12+ years in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles in healthcare technology or services, including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with at least 5 years at a Director Level.
  • Prior experience in revenue cycle consulting, i.e. conducting assessment studies, writing reports, etc.
  • Ability to coach, support, and supervise team members.
  • Innovative thinking, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
  • Domestic travel—approximately 60 % of the time, or 3 to 4 days per week.
