About the role
- responsible for designing solutions that meet the needs of clients
- work closely with Director or Manager of Solutions and other IKS teams
- develop solutions that meet client requirements, are technically feasible, operationally efficient and financially attractive
- participate in assessment studies and consulting engagements with prospective clients prior to starting work for them
- create a Revenue Optimization solution where IKS takes over the entire revenue cycle function
Requirements
- 12+ years in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles in healthcare technology or services, including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with at least 5 years at a Director Level.
- Prior experience in revenue cycle consulting, i.e. conducting assessment studies, writing reports, etc.
- Ability to coach, support, and supervise team members.
- Innovative thinking, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
- Domestic travel—approximately 60 % of the time, or 3 to 4 days per week.
