- Drive product excellence and innovation by translating market insights into impactful features
- Develop and align the product roadmap with the company's strategic goals
- Lead the end-to-end feature development process
- Oversee the budget and investment strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive market research
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize feature development
- Ensure features meet the highest quality standards
- Continuously monitor and measure the performance of developed features
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management
- Proven track record in product management, including feature prioritization, and release planning
- Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation, and strategic analysis
- Experience with off-shore teams and leadership
