About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new business development across multi-specialty practices, focusing on the Western and Southern U.S. market
- Lead cross-sell initiatives and expand IKS’s footprint within existing accounts
- Engage with CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders to understand their strategic priorities
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—on deals ranging from $2M+
- Cultivate relationships within the largest multi-specialty groups in the U.S.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of healthcare sales experience
- 10+ years experience and deep knowledge with healthcare RCM SaaS and services
- Deep understanding of ambulatory and acute care operations, revenue cycle, and clinical workflows
- Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Experience selling into the Western and Southern U.S. markets preferred
- Demonstrated success in consultative, complex sales environments
