Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive new business development across multi-specialty practices, focusing on the Western and Southern U.S. market
  • Lead cross-sell initiatives and expand IKS’s footprint within existing accounts
  • Engage with CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders to understand their strategic priorities
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—on deals ranging from $2M+
  • Cultivate relationships within the largest multi-specialty groups in the U.S.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of healthcare sales experience
  • 10+ years experience and deep knowledge with healthcare RCM SaaS and services
  • Deep understanding of ambulatory and acute care operations, revenue cycle, and clinical workflows
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Experience selling into the Western and Southern U.S. markets preferred
  • Demonstrated success in consultative, complex sales environments
