About the role
- Collaborate with health system clients on a range of complex assignments to provide practical and innovative solutions
- Assess the current performance of their acute revenue cycle operations by conducting interviews, observations, document review, data-driven insights, and processes
- Building relationships with clients and seeking opportunities to expand the scope of their business and financial outcomes
- Proactively identifies opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement
- Spearheads the successful implementation of our product and service suite with new and existing clients, driving exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation
- Partner closely with our technology teams to deploy & implement our suite of products/workflow engines to drive best operational outcomes
- Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in acute operations management and management consulting or advisory services
- 7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing
- Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions
- Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations
- Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
