• You translate strategic objectives into operational, high-performing team setups and ensure that agility is practiced.
• Design and establishment of team structures: You are responsible for designing and introducing optimal team topologies and cross-functional interfaces to maximize value flow.
• Resolving structural ambiguity: You identify unclear dependencies, role definitions, and responsibilities in new or fast-evolving areas and eliminate them systematically.
• Strategic enablement: You coach not only teams but also leaders in applying agile thinking to steer units whose mission and scope may still need to be defined.
• Mentoring and knowledge hub: You act as a mentor, expert, and sparring partner for the area of agility, especially when it comes to pushing established teams out of their comfort zones.
• Measurability and adaptability: You define relevant flow and efficiency metrics for teams and derive evidence-based adjustments to continuously improve performance.
